Job Role

Administrative support for Assistance Management Team (AMT)

Main Responsibilities

Assistance Management:

  • Ensure timely submission of New Applicant Fee Financial Reviews (FFR) in the CRM system for approval.
  • Verify that all supporting documents for Welfare FFR are complete and ready for submission.
  • Generate National Means-Test System (NMTS) reports from the NMTS portal prior to FFR submission.
  • Seek approval for EZ link reimbursement from designated approvers.

Administrative Support for Taxi Assistance:

  • Generate and audit monthly taxi misuse reports to ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate taxi card logistics for distribution to dialysis centres or arrange collection by Social Workers at HQ.
  • Prepare and issue taxi card acknowledgment slips to Social Workers for patient distribution.
  • Ensure all acknowledgment slips are collected, scanned, and stored in the CRM system for tracking.
  • Maintain and update the acknowledgment slip spreadsheet regularly to monitor compliance and distribution.
  • Attend to phone and email inquiries related to taxi card services.
  • Liaise with vendors for replacement of lost or malfunctioning taxi cards.
  • Reconcile all vendor invoices, obtain Head of Department (HOD) approval, and submit to the Finance team (FIN).

General Support:

  • Assist community care staff with taxi card applications and seek approval from designated approvers.
  • Generate staff taxi card balances at month-end and ensure approved top-ups are processed before the new month starts.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Qualification (Related Field)

  • Diploma or equivalent, administration related qualification will be preferred

 

Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in healthcare/administration related work
