Job Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive to join the Community Care team. Reporting to the Head, Admin & Control, you will manage key beneficiary programmes, oversee financial assessments, optimise dialysis slot allocation, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service accessibility and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
1. Beneficiary Programme & Financial Management

Oversee the full application process for subsidy programmes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Conduct financial means testing, determine subsidy amounts, and perform annual reassessments for Government and NKF subsidies.

Monitor subsidy utilisation trends and propose policy improvements to enhance financial assistance.

Manage changes in beneficiaries’ financial status and conduct timely reviews to prevent subsidy lapses.
2. Patient Placement & Dialysis Slot Optimisation

Allocate patients to private dialysis centres based on capacity, clinical needs, and financial eligibility.

Develop data-driven strategies to optimise dialysis centre occupancy and resource allocation.

Analyse trends, forecast future demand, and recommend improvements to enhance service accessibility.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Data-Driven Decision Making

Collaborate with social workers, renal coordinators, and healthcare institutions to streamline patient placement and financial assistance processes.

Maintain accurate case records, prepare reports for audits, and support policy reviews.

Lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and patient service delivery.

Qualification (Related Field)

Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience

At least 2 years of experience in the social service or healthcare industry.
