The Donor Relations role is integral to supporting the Foundation’s overall fundraising efforts through the planning and implementation of donor outreach, stewardship and engagement programs. We are seeking experienced individual who are passionate in providing high-level customer service and stewardship to our supporters to join the Donor Relations Team.  Reporting to the Section Head, you will be required to cultivate relationship with donors, manage fundraising initiatives, and developing impactful strategies for donor retention and growth. Your responsibilities are as follows: 

Main Responsibilities

1.      Donor Cultivation and Stewardship

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify targeted donor prospects and maintain an awareness of the giving landscape in Singapore.

  • Cultivate, engage, and nurture relationships with both existing donors and potential prospects, with the goal of growing the Foundation's donor base and financial support.

  • Develop and manage fundraising programs and events, including the preparation of appeal letters, proposals, and other fundraising collateral.

  • Oversee donor recognition and stewardship programs to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.

     

2.      Stakeholder Engagement Through Effective Marketing

  • Keep abreast with fundraising trends and explore diverse fundraising channels and streams, in particular, digital platforms, to build and manage a sustainable pipeline of future donors.

  • Excellent in English writing to create impactful appeal letters, patients; stories and marketing collaterals.

  • Prepare regular reports for internal and external reporting to stakeholders.

  • Supports other Foundation projects/events when required.

Main Responsibilities (continue)

Qualification (Related Field)

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in fundraising, business development, key accounts, or project management. Experience in philanthropy and marketing communications will be considered an advantage
