Job Role
To support the Foundation's overall fundraising efforts through planning and implementation of donor outreach, stewardship and engagement programmes.
- This role may require you to travel to places as part of work arrangements.
- Comfortable to be working on PH / Weekends. Off-in-lieu will be given for the work done by weekends / PHs.
Main Responsibilities
Donor Cultivation & Stewardship
- Conducts market research and analysis for targeted donor prospects, stays engaged and keeps abreast of giving landscape in Singapore.
- Identifies and nurtures effective relationships with existing donors/ prospects to grow the donor base and financial support for the Foundation.
- Manages fundraising programmes and events including preparation of appeal letters, proposals and other related collaterals.
Stakeholder Engagement Through Effective Marketing
- Keeps abreast of fundraising trends and explore diverse fundraising channels and streams, in particular, digital platforms, to build and grow a sustainable pipeline of future donors.
- Creates impactful contents and messaging through appeal letters, patients’ stories and other marketing collaterals to effectively engage donors/partners.
- Supports other Foundation projects/events when required
Main Responsibilities (continue)
Qualification (Related Field)
- Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Communications or related disciplines
Experience
Minimum 2-year demonstrated outstanding performance in fundraising/ business development/ key accounts & project management. Experience in philanthropy and marketing communications will be an advantage
Soft Skills
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong work ethic, highly organised and meticulous

- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Driven by numbers and results oriented
