Job Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Dietitian to join the Allied Health team. Reporting to the Assistant Head, you will provide evidence-based clinical nutrition care, support department quality improvement efforts, guide junior staff, and contribute to research and education initiatives. Your responsibilities are as follows:
Main Responsibilities
1. Clinical Nutrition Care
- Deliver evidence-based clinical dietetic consultations to patients and caregivers to enhance nutritional status and dietary compliance.
- Facilitate the collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions and service improvements
2. Quality Improvement & Research
- Participate in clinical nutrition programmes and Quality Improvement (QI) projects to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to evidence-based clinical dietetics practices.
- Assist the department in clinical data analysis, the development of smart templates for electronic clinical documentation, and the enhancement of research capabilities.
3. Training & Supervision
- Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to junior dietitians and diet technicians.
- Supervise and coordinate clinical attachments for dietetics/nutrition students.
Main Responsibilities (continue)
4. Education & Outreach
- Provide in-service education and training related to nutrition for staff on an as-needed basis.
- Provide professional advisory services for nutrition-related projects on an as-needed basis.
5. Departmental Support & Other Duties
- Support the Function Head/HOD in departmental planning, operations, and goal achievement.
- Perform any other assigned duties related to dietetic services and patient care.

- Technical Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office and statistical applications.
Note:
- Reporting Venue : NKF HQ
- Candidate is required to travel to DCs on central side of Singapore as part of work.
Qualification (Related Field)
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics. Completion of a clinical dietetics internship (at least 24 weeks) in an accredited institution.
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Membership in the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetic Association and accreditation as an Accredited Dietitian in Singapore (advisable).
Experience
- More than 5 years of experience in clinical nutrition, ideally in a related healthcare setting.
