Job Role

You are part of the Strategic Planning team to drive and execute the corporate strategic plan, aligning and uniting the Foundation in the pursuit of its vision and mission in an effective and efficient manner. 

You will support in the department work to advance NKF’s strategic priorities at national, community and organisational levels.
 

Main Responsibilities

Strategy 
Support in the crafting and review of organisation strategic direction
Plan and organise annual management strategy meeting
Co-lead in the annual work plan and budget exercise
Evaluate new project submissions to ensure they are aligned with corporate direction, provide advices and monitor the progress

 

Corporate Performance
Co-lead in the setting & review of annual Corporate KPIs 
Monitor and report on Corporate KPI performance
Identify risks and work with respective stakeholders on timely intervention

 

Project Management
Drive strategic projects incl. getting buy-in from key stakeholders, budgeting, facilitation, implementation, review, etc.
 

Main Responsibilities (continue)

Qualification (Related Field)

•    Graduate qualification with equivalent experiences in a related at least 5 years of relevant experience is required

Experience

  • Min. 5 years working experience in corporate/ business/ strategic planning &/or healthcare would be preferred
  • Experience in planning work and project management

Soft Skills

  • Meticulous, resourceful and self-motivated
  • Strong in critical thinking and data analysis
  • An effective project manager and presenter
  • Ability to conceputalise and build business cases
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint presentation 
  • Excellent English written & verbal communication skills  
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
