Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Specialist to join the IT team.  Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will assist continual research on current and emerging technologies, cross referencing to NKF’s IT architecture landscape and propose improvements where needed. Your responsibilities are as follows: 

 

  1. Technical Architecture
  • Oversee NKF’s IT systems, ensuring a robust architecture roadmap is planned and implemented effectively.
  1. System Enhancement and Development
  • Work closely with business users to identify and analyse requirements for new system features.
  • Design and implement system improvements using Microsoft .NET technologies, PowerApps, and MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Coordinate with vendors on technical aspects to ensure successful delivery and compliance with project goals.

Main Responsibilities (continue)

  1. Technical Support and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Provide expert guidance to application teams across various systems, including Medical, Clinical, Finance, and Donation platforms.
  • Communicate any technical solution issues to stakeholders and recommend corrective actions.
  • Advise stakeholders on the potential business impacts of technical decisions.
  1. Strategic IT Planning and Trends
  • Support the IT Manager in developing a sustainable workforce strategy to address increasing IT demands with limited resources.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about emerging technological trends and their potential benefits to NKF.
  1. Team Supervision and Development
  • Supervise the IT Development team, fostering skill development and operational excellence.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and project goals.

Qualification (Related Field)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of strong technical experience in Microsoft technologies
  • Proven experience in various system design and architecture
  • Experience in Microsoft .NET (Web App), PowerApps, MS Dynamics CRM (2015 version or others) will be advantageous
  • Experience in Healthcare or Finance domain / industry will be advantageous
  • Experience in integration projects with external agencies will be advantageous
